Replying to reviews needs write access to the store's Google profile

Reading public ratings needs no permission, but posting a reply does — it publishes under the dealership's name. That requires the store to grant access explicitly, which is a decision for them rather than something this tool should arrange quietly.

Needs: Google Business Profile API + owner authorisation for Nissan of Bowie

The page stays empty until the connection is live. Showing an invented figure here would be worse than showing nothing.
